In addition to capacity building for educators by Initiating and supporting professional development and capacity-building programs for educators in the healthcare sector, enhancing teaching methodologies and subject matter expertise. Furthermore, the academic research and scientific committee focuses on establishing partnerships with local and international institutions, organizations, and experts to facilitate knowledge exchange, resource sharing, and collaborative initiatives in medical education and research following tragedy of hospitals & clinic in Gaza.
